Field Trips for High School Students
Your Group at Maize Quest
Teens are a tough bunch to keep happy. Maybe you've noticed? We have designed our park as a haven for this tough-to-please age group.
Need a field trip that engages teens?
A field trip to Maize Quest meets PA and MD State Academic Standards for school students and homeschoolers. With the corn maze and 30 other attractions, the Maize Quest experience flexes to meet your grade level. Worried about trying something new? We've welcomed students on tours for 17 years and have 4-5 Star online reviews on TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google and Facebook. Check us out and ask around. Free, large bus parking lot available.
The Cornfield Maze
Certainly the cornfield maze is an adventure big enough for teens, but also engaging for them. As groups move through the maze, the puzzle is so big they have to work together effectively to complete the games and escape.
The Fun Park (Late Summer & Fall)
We host thousands of high school-age students each year during our summer and fall harvest seasons. All our major mazes and attractions are designed to not only handle pre-teens and teens, but entertain them as well. Both summer and fall, we specialize in tours and excursions for YMCA and YWCA camps, sports camps, day camps, scout groups, school groups and more. Over 30 attractions are open for our guests including our snack bar and picnic pavilion.
GPS Geocaching (Year-round)
High tech tools lead the way. If you really want to engage youth today, give them some high-tech tools. Guests choosing our GPS Geo-caching option explore up to 60 acres of Maple Lawn Farms orchards, fields and woods using the provided GPS units. Students learn to navigate open country using global position systems on a scavenger hunt unlike anything around. Learn more about this high tech option for your group on our Geo-caching page.
