With Your Family at Maize Quest

Little 'Questers are welcomed at Maize Quest. Over the past 4 years we've added attractions to exercise the minds & muscles of youngsters. The Straw Bale Maze, Poppie's Corn Box, Poppit's kid-sized Peddle Karts, Gemstone Mining, the Labyrinth, the Bamboo Forest, BoulderDash Pebble Pushers, Indoor Play Maze, and the Giant Maze Mountain Tube Slide are all great for entertaining the 2-8yr crowd.

With a Group at Maize Quest and Maple Lawn Farms

Part of our mission at Maple Lawn Farms is to get young kids in touch with their food. We host thousands of preschoolers each year during three seasons with four types of preschool-specific class field trips.

BLOSSOM TIME: April 25th - May 25th

When the buds are blooming at Maple Lawn Farms, spring is officially here. Get your students out of the classroom and into the orchards. Only Maple Lawn Farms has blooms from apricots, cherries, blueberries, peaches, nectarines, and apples. With so many fruits, you can book with confidence that you'll get to see the trees in action.

Your class rides to the orchards on one of our special touring wagons with Farmer Hugh, Matt, Paul, or Seth. You listen to stories of the farm along the way, then hop off in the orchard, pick a blossom, and even learn the Bee-Shakey Dance! End your tour in our Maize Quest Indoor Fun Barn. Add a snack pack if you like.

SUMMER PEACHY PLAY DAY: June - Early Sept

Hop on the touring wagons in the summertime for a peachy tour to the orchard. Every child gets a juicy peach right off the tree! Learn how trees turn rain and sunshine into delicious treats. Once you return, your students get to play in all the outdoor mazes, PLUS the indoor playground. They can even cool down in the Mist Maze!

FALL HARVEST: September 7th - November 15th

Apple & Pumpkin tours take center stage for this classic harvest celebration. The touring wagons take you to your choice of the apple orchard, the pumpkin patch, or BOTH! Learning about the three most important crops at Maple Lawn Farms along the way.

NEW for 2008: ALL Fall Harvest Tours include the Indoor Maze Fun Park! You don't have to rush out after your tour. Stay and play and enjoy the changing seasons at Maple Lawn Farms.

WINTER: December 1st - March 31st

Keep the fun going through the winter months with a winter workshop. Learn about winter on the farm and plant some plants in preparation for spring. Our fully heated Winter Fun Barn is the place to keep kids active and engaged in learning through the chilly months. After the workshop, playtime on our Indoor Playground is included. We even have a full coffee bar available for parents!
